There has not been a Spanish translation of this work that I am aware of and I don’t imagine that TFO, who commissioned the work, would object but if you contact me directly I can put a request through as a courtesy.
Another project that I was closely involved with and was translated to Spanish as well as French was the popular resource pack called “We The Educators”. I was the lead on this project that was a collaboration between the Canadian Teachers’ Federation, Alberta Teachers’ Association and Education International and is available under Creative Commons.
It is supported by a set of literature reviews one of which is in Spanish
